If your product is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately with any relevant information.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For custom orders, please see below.
To be eligible for a return, your item may be opened but must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the exception of the ribbon bow.
For your order to be packed and shipped the same day, the cut-off time is usually 3:00pm PST for standard shipping and 1:00pm PST for expedited shipping. Please keep in mind that all orders may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Processing times are separate from the quoted delivery times.
If delivery is late, please check the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email and contact the shipping courier if necessary. If the shipping courier is unable to help, contact us and we will submit a claim with the courier if applicable. Please note that once we ship the product, our control over the shipment is limited and all changes must go through the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS).
If you’ve paid for expedited shipping, and the package was delayed by the courier, we will refund the extra shipping amount paid during checkout.
We do not issue refunds for late deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or failure to receive the package. Address changes may be made on UPS MyChoice free of charge by the customer, and may result in delays.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank to see if there is a processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds are issued in full and at the retail price paid by the customer at the time of purchase. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the seller is at fault, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Special orders with custom designs and colors are final sale. You may request to view the customized product before it is shipped and we will be happy to send you photographs for your review. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
